Sam Guido IV has been employed with City Bank since February 2012 as a Loan Officer and in 2018 was promoted to Senior Vice President. Sam has been in the mortgage industry going on 30 years and he has extensive experience with first-time homebuyers, VA, FHA, USDA, Texas Vet, and Conventional home loan financing. Sam is a 1978 high school graduate from New Mexico Military Institute and in 1983 was a University of Texas at Austin graduate, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts. 

Sam resides in El Paso, Texas with his wife, Karen, and in his free time he enjoys traveling, cruising, reading, tennis, and cheering on the New York Yankees and Dallas Cowboys. Sam is also a runner and has run the New York Marathon twice. Sam has three children and two grandchildren.
