As a reminder, City Bank will never call, text, or email you asking for personally identifiable information such as social security numbers, secure access codes, passwords, or account numbers. If you are unsure if an email, phone call, or text message is from City Bank, please call us directly to verify the authenticity of the person requesting that information.
ELECTRONIC STATEMENTS
You can choose to receive notifications of your available bank statements by email instead of receiving a paper copy in the mail. E-statements include the same information that you receive with a paper statement and more.

Some of the advantages of E-statements are
- Free check images with E-statements.
- E-statements are encrypted for security and are password protected.
- E-statements are official documents, just like your paper statements, so you can use them for record keeping, tax purposes, etc.
- E-statements can be viewed electronically, printed and saved for your convenience.
- E-statements reduce the chance of your account information getting lost or stolen in the mail.
- E-statements are convenient. Each month, you will receive an email when your E-statement is ready to view.
How to enroll in E-statements:
- Log into your online banking account at city.bank.
- At the left in the Menu Bar, select “E-Docs”.
- Select “Statements and Notices”.
- Select “Accept” to enroll all accounts into Electronic Delivery.
- All available statements should now be visible.
